At KAS™ Slipcovers, we want you to love your home's new look. If your slipcover isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unwashed and unused slipcovers back in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and instructional inserts are included.

• 3.
  Affix the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items for quality assurance, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
